addition to the rules:

rule #4: if, in turn, your winning of the bet infects your 'tool' with any form of sickness or disease, you will be disqualified. that, ladies, is cruel and unusual punishment.

you underestimate me, i do believe sweetkisses8687 December 2 2004, 03:50:13 UTC
trying to trap me, are you?
the solution to that is quite simple. if your 'tool' has already become exposed to the potential (ha) sickness or disease, then your 'tool' could now potentially (ha) infect you back, then you may potentially (ha) infect your 'tool' once more, and so on and so forth.
neither of you are eligible!
as it now stands, your 'tool' should be quarantined until, let's say...december 22nd? i think that is fair enough.

oh my dear...you are WRONG! candybar222 December 2 2004, 03:55:57 UTC
dec. 22?? you jest! the potential sickness that i potentially gave my 'tool' is a sickness that cannot one cannot be reinfected with! (ha!) so my dear 'tool' may still potentially have a certian sickness, but the symptoms have not shown AND my 'tool' has already informed me that it was a small price to pay. so HA yourself!

AS IF i know the tecnicalities of your ailments. I don't claim to be a scientist or scholar. But let's just say your 'tool' did become infected... he would have to stay home for a couple of weeks. doctor's orders. just in time for WINTER!
muahahahahaha!
