Well, we ended up at the Urgent Care today, because Lily bit Jeff's finger yesterday, and it swelled up and was getting infected. He had to get a tetanus shot, and is on antibiotics for 10 days. Good news that they'll reimburse you. Naughty Lily! Any idea why she did that? Sometimes Sammy bites when we're playing, and he just gets carried away. I see 'the psycho look' come in his eyes just before it happens.

I'll keep my fingers crossed re: the job!

Thanks about the job! There was no offer last week, but my last 3 jobs have started in October, so I'm hoping this is my month!

I know, Lily!! She just didn't realize it was a finger, not a toy. And since she has no eyes... he couldn't see that look beforehand, ha! He's fine, almost done with antibiotics and the finger looks better.

She has no eyes?! I thought she just couldn't see. But I guess that would stop her expressing through them also.

Yup, no eyes. She was born with eyes, but blind. It's actually an interesting story... I found her through a rescue a few hours away, on Petfinder. She was 8 months old. At 4 months old she was found in a drainpipe, blind, underweight and in bad shape. I presume she was born into a feral cat colony, as the condition she had regarding her eyes is common in those ( ... )
