Or rather, why am I not 21 yet?!?!?!

Aw! Poor Lala! I tell ya, you can borrow my ID if you want- you'd just have to screw your face up a lot to look as dopey as I do in it... It's likely you wouldn't even be carded though, but if you want- feel free! I know how annoyin' that can be! But hey, there's only about 6 more months til you'll be nice and legal anyway!
