I think you expressed yourself very well and I entirely respect where you're coming from. I disagree with your conclusions, but I disagree with a lot of people. That certainly doesn't stop me from liking them. I also understand your reasoning. And no I have no intention of unfriending you. I think you're a good person with a beautiful and caring heart. Hey there :) Thanks for taking the time to reply to me. I found what you said about your attraction to men is so strong it alters your chemistry. I know what that feels like but I'm at a point where I can say "Well..so what?" Yeah it may feel terrific to be near a girl and the way girls might make me feel but that feeling is dissipating..it's going away but probably not entirely which im cool with. I can accept the feeling if it came my way but I don't have to take it that STEP further if you get my drift. I'm not saying to other gay people, you must feel this way or you must deny your sexuality but it's only my journey. My opinion, my feelings. To each his/her own. :) God bless!

For stating what how you feel. It takes lots of courage to voice opinions or beliefs that may go against the common grain.

Aww thank you! I wasn't afraid as I thought I would be to speak my voice but absolutely a bit nervous. I'm glad I was honest. Thanks for taking the time to read that long rant

No matter what the subject matter is...your journal is an expression of you and how you feel...and sometimes I forget that or edit my journal or don't write about what I want in fear of rejection from people who may read it and how they might react....and thats not cool

You're right! So true, thank you for saying that. I sometimes forget that but not tonight. I wasn't about to be quieted or be all hush hush about something that needed to be released from me.

The funny thing is, imagine this post was made 15 years ago and instead of talking about being straight, it was the opposite... haha, it would have been funny to see the different people saying "well I acknowledge your right to feel that way but I don't agree thank you very much". :D
