Oh Melly, I'm so sorry. I don't know what I'd do if my grandpa was in your situation. But, I will definitely pray for him. God will take care of it and you.
I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Losing my grandmothers were two of the most bleakest parts of my life. I find some days that I wish I could call them and ask them about something. But I am thankful, that they were in my life and now look over me. Hang in there. It'll be tough, but your grandfather will always be with you no matter what.
I wish I could say something to make you feel better. But no one can, that isn't how these things work. It hurts and always will. The only think you can do is take comfort in the fact that when this is all over, he will no longer be in pain. You won't have to worry about his health or comfort, his suffering will be over. When my grandma found out she was terminal, she made a list of things for us to do when she passed (as was her way to be in charge lol) on the top of the list was telling us we were not to mourn her death. We held a celebration of life and took shots in her honor. Find something that comforts you, a thought, a moment, a prayer, a song... anything. Lots of love to you and your family
