Basically the same thing I posted to
lm_c a day ago. Sorry for messy-ness.
Okay, so I was kinda late when I got there, but they let me in anyway, and placed me... Far back. They played in some kind of school aula, and I didn't see a single guy in the audience - just a lot of girls with bleached hair, although none of them as bleached as maya (there one girl cosplaying him, but I think she was wearing a wig), and therefore far from as bleached as I am - point being, me also being the only one none-asian and on top of that taller then most of them and alone, I felt kind of stupid. Oh well.
Concert starts, they rush out and start playing GHOST†HEART right of the bat, wearing these... Clothes. I think it's the first time for them to wear the GHOST†HEART clothes live. You know what? Those shirts? THEY SPARKLE. A lot. And I wonder what they styled mayas hair with - GLUE? It was an 1,5 hour long concert, maya jumped and headbanged and flaxed, and not a single hair was out of place by the end of it. maya looked like he had THE TIME OF HIS LIFE, Aiji looked like, well, he was having fun in his corner. When you got to see him. It was kinda hard, really, all the spotlight was on maya most of the time. They played... A few songs (I AM SO AWFUL WITH THIS. SORRY), and then maya talked A LOT, about Halloween, school and stuff - maya is absolutely hilarious, I'll have you to know. But he was laughing kinda breath-ishly, and you know the sound a microphone makes when you breath in it? Apply some shitty sound quality to that, and well, it got less hilarious. Oh well. He talked about basket a lot, too, but I didn't get if he played it or hated it - probably the later, as he didn't manage to throw those lollipops very far at the end of the show. But with his height, well, could as well been playing. Aiji was making snide remarks about maya in school, too. I think maya said he was bad at calligraphy - and I have a feeling English wasn't his best subject either, his voice was somewhat... Less confident during the parts sung in English.
Played some more songs - mayas stamina has really improved! Back in 2006-2008, he could jump around a lot during the first songs, and then run out of breath and just... Stand still for some songs. Now he was jumping around most of the concert - they didn't really play any of their slow-paced songs, but made a big deal of the Halloween themed ones - ... with vampire, Haunted House Make a Secret, OH MY JULIET, GHOST†HEART and so on - and talked some more. maya managed to forgot the names of HALF his new bandmates. He didn't even look embarrased about it.
I kinda think someone's confiscated mayas lollipops too, or at least stopped him from eating them. Or it might just be his braces annoying him, but he was sorta... Fixing with his mouth a lot. You can see it in the comment earlier uploaded as well. He also hold his arms crossed while talking. For some reason. They told us to go to Shibuya and shake their hands (I WILL), let's see each other soon, and so on. I was a bit surprised that it was maya saying this, usually Aiji informs about the important stuff, while maya kinda... Randomly babbles. He was speaking kinda girly too, haha. Not his voice or so, but calling us "kawaii" and such. Also screamed yey a lot, and encouraged us to do the same.
Aand some more songs. We got to hear GHOST†HEART again (not complaining ♥), and I think maya tried to attempt some fanservice by sneaking up on Aiji - but was DENIED by Aiji completely ignoring him and the rest of the world. Aiji just stood in his corner, headbanging (he wasn't wearing his hat, for the record. maya, however, had the horns). mayas scene langague has somewhat... Changed. He's still jumping and flexing his arms and doing his trademark one-leg-lifted pose a lot, but he's also bending over and holding his shirt in a way that reminded me a lot of Ruki @ The GazettE during Oh My Juliet. That song was really emotionally sung.
And, well, they finished up with PUNKY♥HEART after ROCK THE LM.C (they didn't play A Blueberry Night), maya looked like he really didn't want to leave the stage, but in the end screaming MINNA SAIKO while all the others already left, just to notice someone turned off his mic. Or he didn't use it. I could't tell. It was one amazing live.
Just a note I didn't dare to say in the main community -
Aiji, you're wonderful. Your guitar (was it a new one? Didn't you use to have one with flames? -dork that loves guitars-) sparkles love, and you are brave to go up without make-up all the time...
But seriously, you are a two man band. Don't stand with your back turned from maya, not even looking at us the whole damn concert. We love you too, you know, even if you can't hear us.
