The smoothie is what is needed. Hopefully it will take the sickness away. Being sick doesn't help the depression. I've been laying in bed since 3PM yesternoon minus today puja festivities. I need to boost the serotonin levels but I don't feel like exercising. However, at midnight last night I was able to jam out on the geet and write 3 songs
