Well...I meant it pretty generally I suppose? Everyone on LJ has their own policy about who they add. But yeah I don't just add random people, if that's what you wanted to know. If they want to be added they can comment so I know they exist, hence the words.

I do prefer to add only friends or people I've met in real life, or people I have some level of trust with.
