Probably not in any of your interest, but Okito gets a spot in the X360 game Kengo 9.
*shrug* Playable from the start, t'was fun. Fought on regardless of TB.

I think they mostly just have his anime references and movies/television dramas he has appeared in. There are far too many Shinsengumi based video games in order to keep track of them all, or else it was that they were never released in English so the English wiki doesn't have it. No idea. XD
