http://mspaintadventures.wikia.com/wiki/Terezi_Pyrope

[ Personality ] :

Terezi is a lot of things. Flirty, derisive, manipulative... just to give you a very rough idea. There are many different facets of her personality worth exploring, and these traits only barely scratch the surface.

Growing up in near isolation in a forest on the troll home world of Alternia, Terezi has immersed herself in a plethora of interests. Coincidentally, said interests are rather befitting considering her affiliation with the star sign Libra. She is fascinated by dragons and their colorful scales (scales being a pun on Libra), she is shown to have a strong fondness for justice (also related to Libra), and she, just like Lady Justice, is blind. Perhaps the most important part worth mentioning is her strong sense of justice-- she revels in orchestrating the demise of the wicked and protecting the innocent. She also studies brutal Alternian law via the rather impressive collection of law books she keeps in her hive. Her downtime usually consists of staging mock trials with her posse of dragon plushies-- known as Scalemates-- and taking on her dream role as a Legislacerator, which is basically Alternian for cannibal lawyer I mean herald of justice.

Despite having a strong moral conscience, Terezi has absolutely no issues against manipulating people to suit whatever agenda she has at the time. Aided by remarkable insight to the inner-workings of others, Terezi's very skilled at crawling into others' headspaces and knowing precisely which buttons to push for whatever reaction she desires. As a result, she's really good at trolling the everloving fuck out of people. Her god-like ability to manipulate people without the aid of psychic powers makes her the envy of her rival and former Scourge Sister, Vriska Serket, who has to rely on telepathy to do just that. But the important thing to remember about Terezi is that she does boast a strong sense of right and wrong, and never sets out to troll others maliciously unless they've committed some sort of heinous crime to deserve it. This is proven by an incident with John, who she accidentally gets killed in an alternate, offshoot timeline after a trolling attempt goes horribly wrong. Her intention was not to kill the poor boy-- she honestly did not think that John would be dumb enough to follow her instructions. She immediately feels remorse after the fact, and begins helping him afterwards to earn his trust back.

Additionally, as Terezi is rarely ever serious in these exploits, most of her attempts at trolling are more lighthearted and silly. They're more obnoxious than they are harmful. Terezi is the only troll who is able to make the ever-nonchalant Dave lose his cool, a feat rather telling of her trolling prowess. And she was able to do so by merely photoshopping crudely drawn glasses onto images of 80's and 90's child moviestars and drawing hideous slash fanart of him. In fact, there is very little that Terezi takes seriously, and she is almost always seen grinning wide and cackling madly. It's safe to say that she delights in unnerving others, as is evident by things like hijacking Karkat's memos, turning his leadership attempts into a veritable circus, and banning him. From his own memo. Yep. She's exceptionally skilled at pissing off Karkat, and never passes up an opportunity to do just that. Speaking of which...

Another important trait of Terezi's is the fact that she is almost always vague about everything, never giving straight answers and speaking in riddles that are too difficult for most to decipher. Karkat mentions this in a conversation the two have together, when he was trying to ask her personal questions in an attempt to get her to talk about herself:

CG: HOW CAN YOU EVEN SMELL SO DAMN WELL, ANYWAY.

CG: YOU GIVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT BEING COY ABOUT SHIT

CG: BUT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CRAZY SENSES YOU'RE SO VAGUE, IT'S LIKE TRYING TO DECIPHER THE DAILY HOROSCOPE RIDDLE.

Basically, she doesn't talk about herself at all-- not her past, not her thoughts, not her emotions. This keeps people guessing, and pisses them off (especially Karkat), and that's exactly how she wants it. When it comes to being cagey, you just can’t beat Terezi. She is simply the best there is.

It's important to note that while she's all about fun and games, Terezi can get serious when the need arises. Before the series of accidents that forced her to quit FLARPing (a form of extreme roleplaying) with her friends, Terezi considered herself a vigilante of sorts, and was one half of the Scourge Sister pair (the other half being Vriska). Together the two took out bad guys, feeding them to Vriska's voracious and monstrous lusus. Unfortunately, her Scourge days came to an end when Vriska killed Aradia and paralyzed Tavros, who were very much undeserving of such punishment. Of course, she took the matter of punishing Vriska for her crimes into her own hands, resulting in a circle of revenge that cost Vriska an arm and her vision eightfold, and Terezi her eyesight in return. Terezi can and will take things seriously when she has to, especially when there is justice to be had.

Oh yes, Terezi's blindness is very real. Trolls of the higher, blue-blooded classes (or teal, in Terezi's case) are immune to psychic prodding and manipulation, forcing Vriska to PSYCHIC DOUBLE REACH-AROUND Tavros into communing with Terezi's sleeping lusus, who in turn forces Terezi to sleepwalk out into the open and stare at the blistering Alternian sun. The sun is generally too hot for trolls and could potentially kill them, hence they are a largely nocturnal race. Being forced to stare at it burns her eyes to a crisp. Unfortunately for Vriska, it didn’t exactly turn out the result she hoped for...

Much to Vriska’s chagrin, Terezi spites her rival by reveling in her blindness. She is grateful for what she did because it brought her closer to her lusus, who contacted her for the first time in her dreams shortly after going blind. Dragonmom taught her how to “see” using her other senses to compensate for her lack of sight. As a result of these shenanigans, Terezi developed something like synethesia, an ability that allows her to perceive the world around her using taste and smell in lieu of sight. This is how she's able to taste colors and relate them to different flavors, with red being her favorite. And while her other senses have compensated for her lack of vision, it's nowhere near as good as being able to see, as shown in this panel illustrating how Terezi sees Prospit/Skaia. As such, she does use a cane to help her get around. Regardless of her disability, a lot of people tend to forget she's blind since it doesn't seem to hinder her all that much. To add insult to injury, Terezi rubs it in Vriska’s face constantly how grateful she is for what happened to her. After all, being blinded allowed her to “3XP3R13NC3 TH3 S3NSORY BOUQU3T TH4T 1 3NJOY 3V3RY D4Y”.

Developments in canon have revealed a more vulnerable side to Terezi. Despite knowing what would become of Doomed Dave, she reacted in a way that surprised even her-- she shoved Karkat away and ran crying from the room. Regardless of the fact that she orchestrated the entire thing and knew he had to die, Terezi felt genuinely sad and mourned his death. While on a mission to stop Vriska from leaving the Veil to take on Jack, she also professed her insecurities and questioned her abilities as a neophyte Legislacerator in a conversation with Dave. The apprehension she felt knowing she must kill Vriska made her doubt her own integrity as a troll, but it's much deeper than that. It revealed a softer, more emotional side to her, something akin to weakness that could easily get her killed in the society she comes from. Considering her black-and-white sense of justice, it's difficult for her to grasp the concept of gray areas, but her emotions sometimes force her to do just that, practically dashing the creed by which she lives. And that's not easy.

As far as relationships go, Terezi doesn’t get close to others too easily, but she does have a number of victims I mean friends. It’s been heavily implied that she has red feelings for Karkat (who shares the sentiment), but due to her own trust issues, Karkat’s shyness, and their mutual unwillingness to commit, their matespritship never actually goes anywhere. It’s obvious that they care about one another a lot, but they are both too stubborn to take the next step in their relationship. It also doesn’t help that Terezi’s been flirting with Dave Strider practically since the day they met. While she first began doing this in competition with Vriska (Vriska was flirting with John), she does develop feelings for him, and it’s probably safe to say that she even developed a bit of a crush on him. This angers Karkat to no end, and is probably another one of the factors keeping Terezi and Karkat from making things official.

Things with Vriska are just as complicated, if not moreso. When they were younger, Terezi and Vriska were best friends. They were known as the Scourge Sisters, and they had a reputation for being, well, bluh bluh huge bitches. They were pretty close until Vriska began killing innocent trolls, crippled Tavros, and killed Aradia. That was when they entered into this circle of revenge that-- as already mentioned-- cost Vriska her arm and vision eightfold, and Terezi her eyesight. After they got each other back, they agreed to a truce. Instead of being Scourge Sisters-- or friends-- their intense grudge towards one another fueled a rivalry instead. As of the writing of this app, Terezi has made the very difficult decision to take Vriska’s life. Knowing she had to do it to save everyone did little to comfort her, but she put aside her personal feelings and did what she had to do. It’s possible that, deep down, Terezi still harbored some feelings for her fellow Scourge Sister, friendly, caliginous, or otherwise.

As already mentioned, she might harbor a tiny crush for Dave Strider. She is also his patron troll, which basically means she’s been looking out for him since he started playing the game. It’s obvious that over the course of trolling him and trying to make him lose his cool constantly, that she started considering him a friend. She’s not a person who likes to talk about her past, or her feelings, but she does seek out Dave to talk to him about both before going off to kill Vriska. That is pretty telling of the strength of the connection they share, at least from Terezi’s standpoint.

As far as the rest of the cast goes, Terezi refers to Rose Lalonde as her “hatefriend”, and takes some interest in her as a fellow Seer, but the two haven’t interacted enough in canon to elaborate any further on their relationship (or lack thereof). She is trying to be helpful towards John after what an alternate version of herself did to him, so it’s obvious she values his trust enough to want to get it back. She’s never spoken to-- or of-- Jade. She refers to Tavros as her “really good friend” in a conversation with Dave, probably because of he fact that she, Vriska, Tavros, and Aradia grew up FLARPing together. It’s safe to say she probably feels the same way towards Aradia, but she stopped talking to Aradia after she died and became a robot because she was too spooky to talk to. Other than that, Nepeta is the only other troll Terezi is at least partially close to, and the two roleplayed online a lot before SGRUB. The rest of the trolls-- Kanaya, Sollux, Feferi, Eridan, Equius, and Gamzee-- she mostly considers her friends, but she hasn’t generally expressed much of an opinion about them aside from little observations here and there. Things with Gamzee may be shaky, though, since she just found out he was responsible for the deaths of a lot of her friends. Even though we haven’t gotten very much insight in canon concerning her thoughts and feelings on the matter, it’s probably safe to assume she regards him as Enemy Number One after Vriska. She is kind of obsessed with bringing murderers to justice, after all.

tl;dr Terezi Pyrope is the trolliest troll who ever trolled, likes justice and dragons, and wants to be an alien death lawyer who is sort of like a bounty hunter.

OTHER FUN FACTS ABOUT TEREZI!
- She types 1N 4 M4NN3R R3M1N1SC3NT OF TH3 BL1ND PROPH3TS, 1N 4LL C4PS, FORGO1NG SOM3 PUNCTU4T1ON, 4ND 1N TH3 S4M3 COLOR 4S H3R BLOOD! SH3 4LSO LOV3S US1NG SM1L13S >:]
- Since red is pretty much the most delicious color ever, she likes to eat red chalk. This fondness for the color red also makes her creepily obsessed with Karkat's blood, much to his chagrin.
- It is not possible for Terezi to care less about the Alternian hemospectrum, and thanks whatever troll gods may be that her blood is too green for the bluebloods' liking.
- Rainbows make her sneeze.

Possessions | Like most characters in the Homestuck universe, Terezi has a Sylladex, which is basically an RPG-style inventory system. Or hammerspace. We don't pretend to know how it works, it just does. She uses the Scratch and Sniff Fetch Modus, and if I haven't lost you yet with all of Homestuck's unique and utterly ridiculous vernacular, you probably realize how incredibly silly it is. But anyway! In her Sylladex she currently has:

- Her Canekind Strife Specibus;

- A Smelloscope;

- A pair of Rocket Wings;

- A box of chalk;

- A Double-headed Troll Caegar;

- A dragonsuit;

- A pair of black pants;

- A black t-shirt with her Libra symbol on it.

If any of these things are not permitted in Vatheon's setting, please let me know. Otherwise I will assume she can bring these things to the island!

Character Abilities/Powers | Terezi is a master of manipulation. She knows just what to say or do to get her way in most situations, and she can troll like a champ. On top of that is her ability to "see" using her other senses, a skill taught to her by her lusus. She's also the Seer of Mind within the game of SGRUB, which grants her the ability to understand the inner workings of the mind; to envision every consequence of every action and decide which path to travel to best suit her and her friends' needs.

As far as physical prowess goes, she climbed fairly high on her echeladder. It's safe to assume she did, anyway, because there's no way she would lose to Vriska, her rival, who basically does nothing but brag about how she has all of the levels. All of them. Plus, the trolls have beaten SGRUB, which would mean Terezi defeated her denizen (the final boss of her land, the Land of Thought and Flow), and she would have to be pretty far advanced to do so.

[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] :

While her blindness is hardly debilitating, Terezi does rely on a cane to get around, as her sense of smell alone can't render the world around her in great detail. Often, she has to lick things to pick out intricacies. Since her world basically looks like it was painted with a sponge, getting around in unfamiliar places might present a bit of a challenge.

She also has what appears to be a fear of failure-- it's her dream to become a ruthless Legislacerator, but when it came down to having to kill Vriska to save them from entering a doomed timeline, she felt a little unsure about her ability to do so. While she did come to terms with it and did what she had to do, she does worry from time to time about her emotions getting in the way of her goals.

[ Other Important Facts ] :

nope i think that's enough tl;dr for one day

[ Sample ] :

Can I just link her old journal? There should be plenty of samples there.

[ Questions? Comments? Concerns? ] : This was already discussed with the mods, but Terezi will be arriving without her memories from her previous stay in Vatheon-- for now. Over time, she will be acquiring them back, but it will be a slow process. Just fyi!
