Thanks, Gayle. I can't wait to get writing fiction again. Academic writing is interesting and challenging, too, but I miss the wildly creative processes.

Welcome to my humble abode. *bows*

I guess that bi-colored feline might have snatched your cake. The wild life around, it's so very wild. LOL

I'm trying to get rid of this black background in the comments page. But there are other funny things to explore that I keep finding.

Just wanted to say that I really like your new username. :) Maybe I should change my name to "wanamo". ;)

Thanks for the compliment. Heather is a lovely plant, I have always liked the enduring little things. Heather grows on islands, and islands and sea are very important to me.

Wanamo, hmmm. Not bad. [vuanamou] That's easy on the tongue, I think.

Feeling any better?

I like heather as well. Or should I say 'I too like heather'... well, you know what I mean. :)

I'm feeling a bit better. My nose is still "blocked" and I have a headache but fever is going down and no throwing up anymore.

I'm glad you're feeling better. :)

Nitpicking:

I like heather as well. Hmmm. Is the meaning not that you like something and heather, too?

I too like heather. Hmmm. I think that means that somebody likes heather and you like it, too, but there seems to be a but there: pidänhän minä kanervista, mutta... The other meaning seems to be that you declare your like of heather because it gives you the access to someone's good crases: minä kanssa pidän kanervista, pitäkööt nuo muut...

So, what would be the structure that means what you want to say? Hmmm. I agree, heather is lovely. How about that?
