My cousin almost lost his job, and ended up being suspended for a week over a comment he me about a picture on facebook. Not a picture he took, not his profile, and was not consittered harrasment.

It was a picture someone took in their warehouse of a forklift stuck with a huge load on it, up on two wheels, and his comment only said "This is what happens at Proctor and Gamble when the supervisors are not looking"

They nailed him with it because he happens to be the loading dock supervisor.
