I've been spending my life doing homework lately. It's okay, though, because when I'm not doing homework I'm getting play and getting high.

I haven't heard from my brother yet, but that's okay, too. I'm content knowing that he's alive and doing well for himself.

Woah, man, nursing school is fucking hard. I'm glad I took Latin in high school. I am also glad that I went to feed some ducks today. Ducks are the shit.

For as long as I can remember, my brother has been my favorite person in the world. When I was in the third grade, he was about fourteen and getting into a lot of trouble. I'm officially done my first week of nursing school. I feel smarter already.

My mom bought me a coloring book with stickers in it. I really like her. Almost as much as I like coloring.

Akon asked about my scars today. I told him about them, but I couldn't look at his face while I spoke. He picked up my chin, kissed me softly and said, "You're too beautiful to hurt like that.
