sdlkhfd okay I give. Comment here if you wanna know what Al and/or Havoc thinks of your character. Really I'm just too lazy to fully update the proper relationship lists right now. |D;
Al - Excel: ...Excel is strange, and Al knows this. He knows she wants to take over the world, but at the same time...she's Excel, and in what world could she and Ilpawhatsit ever succeed? So he pretty much just ignores that side of things right now. Al knows she's important to Ash, and he recognizes that she genuinely cares about Ash too and goes out of her way to look after him and help him out and such, which Al really appreciates. If it weren't for that Al would probably just ignore her, but as it is he probably wouldn't mind doing her a favor so long as it wasn't going to harm people.
Al - Il Palazzo: Falls into the same wannabe-threat category that Excel does. Talks big, but doesn't really do much. Unless crazy things like pink shadows are involved. Al generally ignores him, but he does appreciate the time Ilpa helped out Ash after Sasuke stabbed him.
Havoc - Il Palazzo: Havoc thinks Ilpa's crazy. He's amused by his talk of taking over the camp, 'cause - really - who'd want to take over a summer camp
( ... )
Al - Neji: Itachi's boyfriend. |D Al doesn't really notice Neji too much lately, but he still holds respect for him. Neji strikes him as someone very capable. They really should talk more.
Al - Tsunade: Al was a bit disappointed that she thought the council was a bad idea. He could entirely understand why she'd disapprove of him being on it, but he liked the basic idea for it and really doesn't understand why so many people think it was entirely useless. Aside from that she registers as someone pretty nice, and probably is his top choice of doctors to go to right now.
Al - Ino: That girl living with Yuusuke's bunch. I think they've talked once or twice, and Al thinks she's fairly nice but doesn't have much of an opinion on her.
Al - Urahara: Al doesn't know Urahara personally, but he does like him. He knows he employs Ari and heard a little bit about what happened after the incident with Stan controlling Ari with the black gears. He wouldn't hesitate to do a favor for him if it was needed.
So. I can't really pinpoint the start of their friendship like I can with Ash [karaoke incident when he and Sakura fought, by the way]. Ari initially pinged as someone who needed protection and looking after what with the whole Stan issue. So al kept an eye on him, and I really don't remember much of this point in time but I know the next big thing was during kitty!day. Finding Ari worn out and bloody like that just...that really cinched the whole "I'm going to protect you and you'll like it please" mentality Al's got towards Ari. And that's the first time Ari called Al a brother - an older brother at that. And that's really stuck with him even with Al physically being younger. He can't forget that and is probably always going to think of Ari in younger brother terms regardless of how old either of them happen to look

Izumi - Al: Ackpbbt u shot me for fun. ;; Now, Al does not like Izumi. He doesn't trust him or think he's not going to attack other campers. Izumi is dangerous, and Al knows this though he doesn't know about of the lot of stuff that's happened to him recently. But Al keeps going back to talk to him because Izumi doesn't make any kind of sense. At least with Riddle he's somewhat understandable - he likes Ed, so he tries to be nice for him. Izumi tries to be nice for crazy reasons Al doesn't get, so clearly Al needs to figure this out. Also, Izumi has that weird interest in Ash, and Ash is on Al's list of "must protect." So Al likes to keep tabs on Izumi for that too.
Havoc - Izumi: Havoc's only vaguely aware of Izumi as that guy that was messing with Hawkeye and Mustang's favored kids before.
Al - Ueki: Thinks Ueki's kind of like Ash. Nice guy. Doesn't talk to him much though.
Havoc - Ueki: |D Ahah they haven't met yet but I really need to get around to that. Havoc's on orders from Mustang to keep an eye on Ueki and Robert.
Haah. |D Al thought Kabuto was just fine until Kabuto found out about Al's armor. I don't recall the conversation exactly, but I do remember it was during the kitty!day if anyone wants to track it down. There were some things Kabuto said that sounded like something Al would expect to hear from Greed's minions [something about his master being interested in the 'immortality' Al had? or something along those lines] And that...just...unsettled him. Then Itachi told him Kabuto wasn't to be trusted, and he got the same sort of impression from the rest of ninja in general, so.
Even so, Al doesn't see Kabuto as any kind of a direct threat. If he were, Al's sure he'd have made some kind of move by now. He is still wary about him and will likely opt for one of the other doctors over Kabuto if he can, but he's not terribly concerned that Kabuto will be doing anything wrong.
Al knows Uryuu doesn't like his father. He knows a bit about the split up in the family - that it was Uryuu who left home rather than Ryuuken. Beyond that he really doesn't know anything about the past between the two. Not even a clue why Uryuu doesn't like Ryuuken possibly the lack of facial expressions. So Al simply doesn't get the dislike between the two and really was only a little wary of Ryuuken to start with.
And then...Ryuuken just seemed like an older, possibly grumpier version of Uryuu. He's polite and helpful and, in Al's opinion, has more common sense than Uryuu does. He can see that Ryuuken has an interest in a parental relationship with Uryuu, and that's more than his own father ever did. Al's a bit sympathetic towards him for that, and he does wish him luck in making things up to Uryuu. But Al's not going to actively help him, seeing as he still knows hardly anything about the situaion.
