it was so easy! 2-3 lb chuck, put it in large foil, coat with garlic salt and pepper, spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup on top, sprinkle one packet of onion soup mix on top of that, fold and crimp at the top (like garlic bread), bake at 315 degrees for like 3 hours. it's perfect and gives you awesome gravy and it's the best
