You are totally on the "front lines of gentrification"! There's also, as of today (?) talks about the re-design of the viaduct area. I've lived in this area for 5 years-ish and the change in the short time I’ve lived there is unbelievable.

Yeah....I'm all for tearing down that relatively useless viaduct, but I wonder what they're going to put in its place...

My guess is condos, a dog park and more hipster coffee shops... that is, untill we are all pushed out of the area because no one can afford it... gentrification at it's finest.
