/collapses in a heap

No one will hire me, I hate learning to drive, and I don't update nearly enough. I finally broke the fuck down applied at BURGER KING last Sunday, hellogirlscout and I went together. IDGAF, at least they'll pay us. I'm going to call them this Saturday to show them that I'm still interested. I'm just really stoked ( Read more... )

Aw, man. I feel you on this, totally. There aren't many jobs around here at all, & people are being super picky about who they hire. Just remember, you're not alone! There are lots of people in this position, don't worry.

I've never tried salvia, but it sounds kind of scary. Did your dreams become lucid dreams or anything after you did this? Just curious...

It always helps me to put on some fun dance-in-your-seat music. It kind of helps me loosen up a bit, & I'm usually too busy dancing/singing to get too nervous or over think about it... maybe you could try that! It most certainly makes the driving experience much better & more easy going...

Anywho, Have fun scaring the shit out of people & good luck on the BK job. I'm sure you'll get it, especially if you're calling them back. They absolutely love when people do this...& most people don't. : / <3

Christ, I always ramble way too much in comments.

It suuuuuuuucks :( You'd think that with so much shit on the internet these days there would decent be a way to work from home or something like that. Also the whole super-picky thing is driving me nuts!! I've been to the Dollar General by my house I KNOW at least four times, and each time they said they weren't hiring...only to find out someone quit a few days after that and they hired someone else on the spot. You think they'd at least take the time to call the person with some persistence? nyyohhhh that's crazy talk. They'd much rather hire people that don't give a shit if they really keep the job or not ( ... )

At least if burger king hires you and you hate it, you'll have a job to hold you over while you find something better.

and that's so awesome thatyou're working in a haunted house! i did one (a tiny private one) a couple years ago, but I never succeeded at scaring anyone but small children, haha. :)
