A trip to the ER

Hey all

I spent almost all of today feeling like I couldn't quite catch my breath... like that feeling you get just before you yawn, except picture that staying with you all the time. Anyways, it was sorta managable as long as I didn't get freaked out, but unfortunately, I started to get really anxious and freaked myself out, "OMG I'm going to ( Read more... )

Don't feel stupid, Richard! It's good that you had it checked out because it could have been something really serious. I'm relieved that you're ok.

I'm glad you're ok! Always better to err on the side of caution.

If it's anything like a panic attack I ould highly recommend getting your hands on a little bit of Xanax. Acts like a nice, fluffy cotton wrapper for your stress and gives you some room to deal.

I'll ask my doc about that, we'll see what he says.

Thanks!

Yeah, I'm glad he wasn't my doc.

Thank you.

Better safe than sorry! I'm *very* glad you are okay. I wish I could still drag you off to the Salvation Army to torture you for a while in the pool each day. I worry about you hun.

I wish they hadn't closed down.. I had that down to a routine, I would have stuck with it too...

I suck...

Thanks for your worry. :)

No, you don't suck. I just wish I had a routine to substitue for them closing. Perhaps if you are willing to join Bally's, you and I can come up with a routine that won't suck? I've also been horrible since the Salvation army closed. Perhaps if you join, you and I can both work towards our goals? We can set up meeting each other at least 3 times a week, and hold the other accountable when they don't show? An idea worth considering. Especially in light of current health scenarios?

I will give that some consideration. I'm still a little off-balance from what happened in my last post, but I *do* need to start losing weight again.

WP: How are you?
RG: OK. They did a chest X-ray that came up negative.
WP: So you don't have a chest, eh? Did they do a brain scan too?

Yep. All wonderful, wrapped in snuggly sweetness. Boy do I have Mary snowed. :)

Yeah, her eyesight isn't so good... she can't see the horns.

That's why I didn't accept her invite to come in for coffee. I figured her lighting was pretty good and I didn't want to give myself away.

On second thought, though, if she can sit 2 feet from me in a hospital and still think I'm 19 or 20 I think my true identity is safe.

Now I just have to find a way to avoid questions like, "Why did you get married?" and "Do you have any nice friends I can pawn Harry off onto?"

OK so that last one was in my own words.

You're still wonderful for coming by the hospital after a long day working faire, and I appreciate it... so there :P
