I'm feeling much better :-) Sometimes it just helps to clarify WHY you feel like shit - then you can start figuring out how to help. I'm kind of there. Sketching - that definitely helps!
It's really amazing how awkward you feel after not sketching/drawing/painting much for the best part of 3 years - I guess I assumed it would be like riding a bike
