I got my CSET results in the mail yesterday. Unlike the email, this paper actually told me the descriptions of the tests I passed and the one I failed. I did NOT fail the writing test. I failed to remember that there are only four tests in the CSET. So the good news is that I only failed one. The bad news is that I failed the writing portion.

I feel horrible now.

I know the results of four out of five of my CSET tests. I didn't pass the fourth one. :( It was one of the ones I had doubts about (the other one I was worried about I passed), so I shouldn't be too upset. Yesterday was fun. We took the kids to Knotts Berry farm. I felt like a rockstar when she announced who was going to be in my group. Five second grade girls came running over to me screaming, and proceeded to hug me, push each other out of the way, and then fight over who got to sit next to me on the first ride. I just got home from work because we had a meeting/orientation for all the teachers. We talked about policies, expectations, and were introduced to one another since most of us are new to teaching at this school. It was really exciting to start talking about the school year. I hate being so busy. I just wish I had a few days where I had nothing to do. I'm getting really nervous about school starting and I have so many things up in the air as far as what program to enter (masters or credential), and I have so much planning to do for the school year. My eyes hurt and I'm soooo tired.

I haven't been sleeping well at all.

It's almost 4 in the morning. I'm awake. I feel panicked and I don't know why. My stomach hurts and I just want to go to sleep. But I can't.
