Tobias, being American and pretty oblivious to most things not related to alien warfare, will not know of the pop star thing.
But he'll probably think she's a girl at first not only for the feminine look, but he's got awesome eyesight, so he'll just be like 'yeah...girl.' If she tries to tell him she's a guy, he'll be somewhat confused, but he'll probably just accept and go with it because it's none of his business.
Shin will know she's a girl! ... he'll ... also never bring it up, to be honest. And if he does, all you have to do is tell him once that it's a secret and he won't mention it to anyone. He does the same thing with the other traps.
o/ Aki wooould probably know, since he himself at the start was with the Mikage when they were still keeping the C-Project on the semi-downlow, and because he did know most of what was happening when Mikagi was in control (though he was a failcase and bottomed to him hard) and he was all up in the business with the mass Tennyo search. Though natutally no, he wouldn't say anything.
Cass will probably take some exposure, since Shuro was raised as a boy for so long, but she's a body language godmode so she'll figure it out with enough exposure. She also won't really care! \o/
. . . which could admittedly be a problem, because I can see her absently correcting someone who says "he". But on the other hand, Shuro's body language "sounds" like Shuro wants people to read her as a boy, so she might correct people who say "she" instead. --Now that I think about it, probably the latter unless I'm misinterpreting things here, because I have identity issues precedent sorta.
