#05 - Potatoes
- Ignoring the faces Inuyasha and Shippou were making, Sango carefully sliced the vegetables before her as she prepared the evening meal in Kagome’s absence - at least Miroku chose to add spices and other ingredients when he thought she wasn’t looking.

#09 - Telephone
- "Sango, I just heard from Shippou, who heard from Inuyasha, who heard from Kaede, who heard from Kagome, that you've decided you are ready to--" Miroku began without pausing for breath; his face fell as Sango quickly corrected, "No, I said the weather has been very mild."
#10 - Ears
- Sango shivered as Miroku suddenly appeared at her side, leaning in and whispering in her ear; the husky sound of his voice nearly distracted her from the hand trailing toward her hip.
#11 - Name

- As Kagura’s body slowly began to disappear, Miroku felt Sango grip his hand; he gently squeezed back, a silent vow that he would not end up defeated by Naraku.
#20 - Freedom
- Sango relaxed in the hot springs, closing her eyes and forgetting everything but the feeling of hot water surrounding her; there was no way Miroku would be able to escape those knots any time soon.
#21 - Life
- Until Sango had come into his life, Miroku rarely thought about the future.
#22 - Jealousy
- Sango tried to ignore Miroku as he flirted shamelessly with the young village girl; Kagome placed a calming hand on her shoulder but it did little to ease the hurt.
#23 - Hands
- Miroku studied Sango’s hand, explaining the finer points of life lines; gently tracing a finger across one crease, he smiled brightly, proclaiming that she would enjoy a long life with a wonderful husband and numerous children to which Sango softly replied, “I’d rather live my life with you.”
#24 - Taste

- No matter how many times his eyes wandered as they entered a new place, he found they always returned to Sango.
#26 - Forever

#27 - Blood
- The sight of her body covered in blood made Miroku freeze; the slight movement that proved she was still alive gave him hope.
#28 - Sickness
- Kagome had failed to mention to Sango that Miroku often pretended to be ill just to get within groping range; Miroku soon learned that Sango was not as forgiving as Kagome.
#29 - Melody
- Sango hummed lightly, occasionally singing a few words as she worked on polishing up Hirakotsu; Miroku wished that he would be able to sit beside her one day without putting an end to the enchanting melody.

#35 - Bonds
- He would never understand how Inuyasha and Sango had bonded so quickly until he came upon them meticulously inspecting their weapons together.
#36 - Market
- Sango hated the trips to the marketplaces; Kagome would wander off with Shippou, Inuyasha would find the food, and she would inevitably be stuck with a grinning Miroku.
#37 - Technology
- Miroku and Sango stared in wonder as Kagome showed off some of the more unique things from her time.
#38 - Gift

- His smile was always her undoing - Sango refused to believe that it could mean anything but trouble.
#40 - Innocence
- Despite her profession, Miroku often found that Sango was full of child-like innocence in other areas of life.
#41 - Completion
- It was quite by accident that Miroku discovered Sango would never back down from a challenge.
#42 - Clouds
- Shippou pointed out the clouds, commenting on the various shapes they took; Sango slapped the back of Miroku’s head before he could comment on the shape of one particular cloud.
#43 - Sky
- Despite the beautiful sights as Kirara flew through the sky, Sango was never able to completely let her guard down whenever Miroku was out of her line of vision.
#44 - Heaven
- The sound of Sango’s laughter was enough to make Miroku believe that there was a heaven.

#9 I owe completely to
prpl_pen.
#44-45 I am well aware that Miroku would probably already believe in a heaven of some sort, the smile just confirms it, if that makes sense.
And for anyone that cares,
one-liner requests are still open
