At half past one I looked at my appointment card to double check the time of my Consultant's appointment, which I knew was at 2pm. But it wasn't. It was at 2.30pm. 2.30pm last Tuesday. Whooops! I hope you don't have any bad disease... it doesn't sound too good that you have to take medication in the first place! I wish you well.
You seem to be quite busy, hope you'll get some free time and can relax.

Not too bad. At the beginning of the year I get a hugely over-active thyroid that had to be stopped by killing it off with radio-active iodine and now I'm in the process of finding the right dose of thyroxine to replace what should be there. It just takes time. As soon as they get it right I'll be all bouncing - and awake again!

I spent the 45 minutes writing a story which seems to be about 500 words long, so it might get to appear on hp500 - you never know!

I don't know what you have to complain about. I had to stay in the room with the whole bunch of f***s and listen to them going round in ever decreasing cirsles and still not get a decision.

But the Devils won their ice hockey semi final so I am well happy today.

Oh btw, Gill, I hear on the grapevine that Cully (our waiter from last years Ladies Night) is not happy in Germany so wants to return. Maybe in time for the next Ladies Night in January?

Wasn't it a dire evening? The sort of thing potential resignations are made of!!

I'm glad about the Devils and the semi-final. I shall keep everything crossed for the final, and for Sirius, and for Cully's potential return to barely clothed servitude at our table!

I was tired all day yesterday after Tuesday night. Poor Dj didn't get home till 11pm. That's too long a day. No more super-training days!
