Argh!

Yesterday, as is my want, I travelled once again to London. On the way back towards the car on the London Underground I was bitten. Not by a gorgeous man in just the right way, but by a horrid insect of some sort. By this afternoon, the red and itchyness had developed so much the swelling could be seen through my clothes. Surely you can phone NHS direct or something? They can advise you what to do. Or is there a drop-in clinic somewhere?

Uh yeah you probably shouldn't wait until Monday. Especially if the pharmacist had that kind of reaction.

I cannot believe I have to mother you! Find the emergency doctors tomorrow and go to them! I don't care how scary they are, swelling is very bad.

And then I want photos... :p

That is distressing! Ideally, I would suggest capturing the critter, but that would require another trip to London. As well as a pheromone-based bio-weapon so it can be lured back to its own prey. On second thought just concentrate on the doctor, and best of luck with the diagnosis.
