Your links all include the closing bracket on the end of the URL. You need to either embed the links properly using " text", put a space at the end, or remove the square brackets entirely for them to work properly.

You can make a difference, but Twitter ain't the way. (Is the 'Liverpool' reference to that anti-homoeopathy campaign that was, ironically enough, almost exactly as effective as a homoeopathic remedy?)
