So i bought an idle pully from Tulley on thursday. it was put in, driven two days and stopped working. After looking at the part better we realized that the bearing is no good, and with a load on the pully it wont spin. So i went back to tulley to return the part

Also, file a complaint with the BBB. Retailers and banks pretty much ignore them, but dealerships rely on good referrals for business, and on-record unresolved complaints really hurt their numbers.

You can even file a complaint online through the website. Tulley has received 5 complaints within the last year, it seems (available here), 1 of which is a customer service complaint. It looks like the dealership attempted to resolve each one in a timely manner.
