I have been wondering the exact same thing.

Maybe it's the Harry Potter void?

I'll be honest- I read the book after a friend whos opinion I very much trust told me I'd probably like the book.

Its good int he same way that Harry Potter is good- an easy read. Its a sappy love story.

I loved it and have moved on to book #2 of 4 in less than 2 weeks.

Don't hate me...

Hahaha, why would I hate you?!

I was really only asking why people are into Twilight because I'm curious, not because I think it sucks. I just didn't know what the heck it was and kept hearing about it.

I hope you're still enjoying the series because there aren't many better things in life than having a really good book to read.
