So you've heard the joke about the weather right? No matter what the city, the joke goes, "You don't like the weather? Stick around a couple of minutes - it'll change!"
Thus, a conundrum for choosing wardrobe and accessories to pack.
Will is rain?
Most likely it'll rain.
Maybe the sun will shine?
Perhaps a bit. Hopefully a lot!
It might get really cold!
