Nicely done-- so nice that this wasn't really schmoopy at all, and that they three are work, and yet work despite the work that it takes. Nicely done.

Thank you! I'm not much for fairy tale fics, myself, so I try to write things that are at least semi-realistic. I find the fights and arguments as interesting as the getting together.

oh this was nice, it was just so damned REAL, i like that you don't just go for the schmoop factor and your bring up some legitimate issues and concerns, but still give the sweetness of it all in the meld. and really, even the issues and concerns have a kind of vulnerable sweetness to them too, especially Bones' concern about being left out of the equation.
