I am way, way behind on lj. Like, totally behind. So very.

So, if you would kindly oblige as I can only read so many back entries: please comment on any news with you, or post back to the relevant post! I need updates, yo.

Eh, my life couldn't be more the same. You've missed nothing, unless you didn't hear I got promoted at work. I'm a supervisor now. Whoopee.

You can buy me a drink on that, but not in celebration. I just need a drink to deal with my boss. ;)

Woo! Well, sorry about the sucky boss, but more money is a good thing. Usually.

I shall have a glass of sparkling Shiraz (bizarre stuff) for you. If I ever do make it to your parts, drinks on me.

And David Cook, hee. I was so addicted to American Idol this year. He played a part in me actually watching (Jason Castro was the one who actually made me pay attention, and while I liked him, I've thought Cook should win since Hello).

Well, right now she's being an unusual kiss up to everyone, but that's just because people are quitting left and right and that makes her look pretty bad. It's when she turns into a monster again that we'll have a problem. Oh well, a $2.75 raise isn't something I'm gonna balk at.

David Cook currently owns me, and is the reason I got sucked into AI for sure. I didn't make up the quote on this icon, it's thanks to Joel on The Soup. He is teh awesome. His album can't come out fast enough for me. *wishes for fall* I don't like summer anyway. lol

You and me both! I wouldn't worry about missing things though - life seems to pretty much go on for everybody come what may. I'm afraid I regard LJ pretty much as a soap opera that I can pick up fairly easily after an absence and glean what I've missed by various references and comments.

See? I'm not just a bad eljayer, I'm a HORRIBLE one.
