So... my IBS has been horrible lately. My normal tablet is no longer working as well, so I have had a sensitive stomach and drinking a lot of peppermint tea to ease the nausea. I also eased off coffee to help my stomach. Well, gone cold turkey is more like it since I drink it daily. Three days without coffee caused a majorly painful, horrible ( Read more... )

I'm sorry your tummy hurts. What do you normally take for it? I have IBS, too, and am always interested to hear what helps (or usually helps, in this case).

It was an aloe vera, fennel, peppermint, bacteria tablet at night, but it's not strong enough, so I got three different tablets in "steps" which should help. My stomach is still burning a bit. Not as bad though.

Sounds interesting. I'm taking about 10 Immodium a week to keep mine settled, which can't be healthy. I've just bought a special probiotic strain, so it'll be interesting to see how that works.

I hope you feel better for your The Melting Pot experience. Anything chocolate fondue is SO delicious. I actually enjoyed the cheese and chocolate fondue more than the main course meal.
