See Yeah Yeah Yeahs with Janel (alas, not likely as I work at 6am, so I cannot make the trip to Pomona). As I am liking their latest album (Album 2 did very little for me, so it's nice to like them again), I kind of want to check them out anyway as they are playing LA, but it won't be the same without littlejanel with me! I hope the show isn't sold out. It's a small venue. I just save about 15 dollars if I buy it directly from the box office and I am cheap.
By the way, I watched the season premiere of Supernatural. As I missed last season I was waaay confused.

Actually yeah if you didn't watch S4 I could see how it's confusing. I'd say read the recaps at TWOP but that would take forever.
So, Sam went all darkside last year, drank demon blood which increased his natural abilities and he ended up killing Lilith who was the first demon Lucifer ever created and this released Lucifer from hell.
Now, the Angels want to use Dean to kill Lucifer by having Arch Angel Michael take over his body but Dean's not buying into it b/c the Angel's are jerks who don't really care about humanity as long as they can fight their holy war.
Oh and Chuck - the awesome dude with Castiel's molar in his hair is a prophet. He's been writing novels called Supernatural which he thought were fiction but were actually visions of Sam/Dean's adventures.
