By now, Sokka had realized that his phone didn't ring very often, and that when it did, it was usually someone he really wanted to talk to. Like Mel.

That probably accounted for the breathless, excited tone in his voice as he snatched up the receiver and gasped "Hello?!?!"

It also accounted for the fact that Momo Jr., who had been enjoying a nice stroking in a warm, cozy lap, was now clinging for dear life to Sokka's shirt and trying not to fall.

Xander would know that ringtone anywhere. Especially because he was 15 years in his own future and Cyndi Lauper was... not quite a golden oldie maybe, but definitely retro.
