We missed our connecting flight to Maui so we had to run then wait.  Odd sleeping patterns.  Beautiful weather.  Nice tan.  Much of the day at beach and pool.  Smiled.  Felt relaxed.  Drove at nighttime on what seemed like the edge of the earth.  Saw 304950345 times more stars than in Chicago or even the suburbs.  Dad almost drowned in ocean.  Dad

wait. did you connect in dallas? i was on a flight form chicago to dallas (home for the week) with eric yesterday morning, and they were worried about people missing their connecting flight to maui.
