It has occurred to me that some of you may be wondering what my new job (see last post) really is. I work for a company called Food Safety Net Services and my job is to take food samples and prep them for testing to see if there are any pathogens in them (i.e E.Coli or Salmonella). So far t is a lot of fun. I really like my bosses and my co-workers

thats actually something pretty important these days with all of the food contamination outbreaks during the Bush Administration.Hopefully thats something that will be much higher budgeted.It`d be good not to have 3rd world food safety in our country.
