I'm going to put up a nice long LJ entry about the Big Day Out in a couple of days when I get my photos back from being developed, so you can read about it. I don't think you missed out on too much, especially since the lovely Franz were absent. The Hives, however, were absolutely brilliant. But fear not, there's always next year's BDO for you, and hopefully there'll be a good line-up for Splendour this year (although I'm thinking there's not much of a chance that it'll be better than last year's line-up, but you never know).
