hm.  so everything's been okay lately.
i'm going through my first week of withdrawl from track, and it hasn't been going that badly recently until like..yesterday and today.  i think i need a support group.  the stopping of track was supposed to make me more emotionally stable, which it did, until last night, when i randomly started crying outside
