Wow.

And to think all of my trig textbook's examples were based around things like flagpoles and the flight paths of rockets and such.

Hey, I was happy to do it, for whatever good it did. I'm not at all impressed by the conduct I've seen over there, but given the behavior of the guy actually running the place, I'm not surprised at the way its gone. I found it both hilarious and pathetic that while he said basically nothing to the person who was spewing all kinds of vile things about wishing death on people and such, he seemed very hung up on someone daring to call him on his complete unwillingness to moderate and speaking directly about that poster's wildly offensive behavior (which actually probably could be/could have been reported to LJ as a terms of use agreement, based on what I read in their regulations- if it had been directed at me, that's what I would have done ( ... )
