Move Complete
We finally did it
We swallowed our pride and our misgivings and moved back in with Jeff's parents, although pride really didn't have all that much to do with it. We slept there last night, and picked up the rest of our stuff today on the way down to School for Jeff's last session as a T.A. (teaching assistant for those of you who can't figure T.A out :P)
Last night really wasn't all that bad though, we had dinner there and unpacked our stuff, then headed out for Coffee at our favourite coffee haunt, which incidentally is now only a 5 minute drive instead of 45 minutes. We didn't see too much of Jeff's mom last night either, she headed out to her aquaerobics class whilst we were still eating dinner.
We saw her this morning however, and she seemed ok with us, I spent a very uncomfortable night getting used to yet another strange bed but I daresay I'll settle soon enough, hell we're not gonna be spending a whole lot of time there in the next couple of days. Today we're at School, after packing the rest of our stuff from Richards into the car, and after Class we're all off to East Side Mario's for pizza and beer on the Tutor yayayayayayayay!!!
Tomorrow we have an Oil change scheduled for the car so that'll probably be sometime in the afternoon, then home for dinner. After that we're off up to Keswick, where Jeff is helping out with the Magna Hockey Tournament. Another reason to go there is that Paetz plays Hockey for Cam-Slide as well as working there so Jeff can have a chat about this supposed Job opportunity there.
Then Saturday, Jeff is shooting. He's gained the all clear for me to tag along so I'm happy about that. Only thing is that shooting starts at 8am *ughhhhh* so I'm gonna be knackered all day long. But it gets me out of the house so I'm not complaining, and shooting with jeff is always fun.
So, as things stand now, it's not too bad. Again it remains to be seen if things go better or worse. You never know, we could be hitting the UK yet.
