I love my little Thai dictionary. It has my blood on it. One doesn’t feel one has really used a dictionary until it has one’s blood on it.

I want the Lao dictionary as well! I don't have any Lao dictionaries in my collection yet. And it seems to have a really nice and scientific transcription (not that I couldn't read Thai, but still)... :S

I have just put in an order with my friend Geoffrey to get one before he comes back for his yearly holiday in Australia. The website price is only a little more expensive (US$15 vs. 425 baht which is roughly AU$14), but since I don’t have a credit card my alternative would be the local price which I think is about AU$50.

The Foreign Language Bookshop exploit their monopoly to the max.
