FairTax Rally!
I went to the FairTax Rally today, and had a ball! The crowd was estimated between 10,000-12,000 people, and the energy was incredible....lots of cool stuff going on. This is a cause I really believe in, and I urge y'all to look into it. This will change the future in an extremely positive manner. The FairTax will do the following:

First week at work has gone by...
Well, I've made it through the first week at this job, and I think I'm doing well. I'm going to like this place...
One of the instructors is a Laurel from Atlantia (The SCA kingdom in the middle eastern states) He brought in his bagpipes one day and played for us, and is generally a good guy. Then there's the gorgeous woman who's almost perfect ( Read more... ) -
First day on the new job...

I Passed!
To bring everyone up to speed, I was layed off my job in February, and I've been out of work since. In early May, I realized I didn't have the skills required for today's job market, and so I started looking for a school to help me get some current certifications. I found Techskills and I've been working with them since.
