A couple weeks ago I tried to go to the nearest Scandinavian import store but it was no longer in business. I had wanted to pick up some bread, and of course a bag of Tyrkisk Peber.

Oh, sorry to hear about that. In my hometown we also happen to have a thai shop and several grocery stores with arabian stuff. Haven't been much to the latter but the store I went to had many visitors when I came there. Mostly old people so it means that the store might run out of business in a couple of years...

In Allentown there are two Chinese shops, both of which have Southeast Asian and Japanese stuff as well and one of which has lots of Korean things; a couple Vietnamese shops; many Latin American shops; four or five Arabic shops; a couple Indian shops one of which also sells West African groceries; an Italian shop; a Polish deli; and a German deli. They're all doing fairly good business.
