With that out of the way...
Decepticons, a number of us are involved in an initiative against the HIVE. Here is the full plan of attack. I understand that not all of you are involved, but I feel that this information should be open to all of us. This must not be shared with anyone. On penalty of death. Understood?
Thundercracker, Blitzwing, Slipstream, you're with me on an air strike team against the HIVE's air defenses. Shockwave, I believe you've been assigned to raid the HIVE laboratories. Soundwave, I don't believe you're in on this endeavor but if you would simply stay in contact with me for the duration, I would be much obliged.
Now, weapons and supplies for all of us. Shockwave, I just finished your armor - it has flight capabilities and an extra miniature generator to help provide you with an auxiliary power source for your radiation blasts, as well as adjustable radiation shielding just in case. Slipstream, for you I have a prototype Seeker armor; namely, yours can transform into a small backpack-sized object complete with straps for easy storage; otherwise it's nearly identical to my armor.
Blitzwing... I'm afraid you're out of luck and will have to make do with a bulletproof suit and helmet. I've at least done it up in your colors... in addition, you may have a shoulder mounted grenade launcher and a laser rifle. Hopefully that will suffice.
Soundwave, did I give you your armor yet...? If not, it's ready and in our private lab, waiting for you.

Now, onto other business... As I said in my last post, I now own a very large company, and have offered you all positions if you should want them. If you do take them... our first project is actually going to be keeping in line with our current attempts to appease these fool heroes. We'll be working on civilian contracts under the pretense of helping the humans. These are as follows:
- Continued production of BARK and MEOW - those iPod robots I built with Rimmer. The fool still gets a certain percentage of the profits for licensing reasons, but they are quite the money makers.
- Production of PAL, a seeing-eye dog robot designed to be a faithful companion to the blind or to the elderly (rather like some of what's being programmed in Japan).
- GUARD, a similar robot, but for the purposes of security.
Those are mostly to get us money. The REAL crown jewel would be this: Cybernetic technology. Intially I wish to work on artificial limbs, replacement eyes, and so on, basically human-machine interfacing... under the pretense of helping the injured. Which would get us significant government grants, or so I hope...
I believe I don't even have to explain the advantages of such a project, do I...?
