While I understand that your city requires defenders of some sort, I must express no small amount of vexation at your methods. I do not appreciate being taken out of my home universe and into this one. At present, I have very little idea of what is going on or what is expected of me, and I would appreciate an explanation. Where am I? Besides Earth; that much is self-evident. What is meant by "hero" in this context?

Your help in this regard is appreciated.

[Though the main entry is text, you'll notice that there are two attachments to this file: both of them are audio files, and both are very weird. They seem to consist only of long and short tones. They sound like Morse Code, but anyone who knows Morse and translates it will get only meaningless gibberish]

[However, Cybertronians, if they listen carefully and actually know security frequencies, will recognize them. The first is a high security Autobot code - something most Decepticons won't know at all (Soundwave might, if only by virtue of being a communications officer, but then again he's from another dimension than this Percy). In other words, yet more meaningless gibberish. Autobots, however, should be able to decode it, though since nobody's from Percy's verse it'll seem like a really strange code to use.
The second is a Decepticon code - rather old, but not entirely outdated. A clever Autobot communications officer would easily be able to decode it. The 'cons may notice this and wonder why this guy - whoever he is - is using such an odd code. And be suspicious.]
