[ The video clicks on to show Hiruma. He has a yellow hard hat on his head that squishing his hair down and a pair of safety goggles on top of that. There is also a face mask around his neck. He's wearing some obviously old clothes. The background is what looks like a gutted apartment. He grins, teeth flashing. When he speaks, its in his unaccented English.
The video is slightly better quality than what is usually afforded by the comms; this is because he's rigged up a real video camera to transmit over the comm. The video also has a time stamp; it's prerecorded to about 3 hours ago ]
