Spent a while patrolling the crappier parts of this place. A bunch of punks got organized and took over a couple blocks. From the looks of it, they're not messing around--they had the residents here scared outta their minds.
Long story short, I've been chasing these assholes down. I caught a couple and got them cuffed--think I scared the rest of 'em off, though. Apparently being walking lightning rod is enough to get them to leave people alone.
Thing is, their territory's bigger than I thought. I'm just giving a heads up that these guys might come back and stir more shit. I don't know where they're hiding, but I'm gonna find out.
