It can either be imbibed or inhaled, and incites mania and convulsive fits of laughter in the victim. A sufficiently heavy dosage is potentially lethal.
My company is already in the process of manufacturing a proven antidote and the first batches will be made available to the emergency services within a matter of hours. I urge those of you with similar means and facilities to do the same.
