Sixth Inquiry [video]

Feb 14, 2011 02:43

[The video blinks on to show a Valentine's card sitting atop a desk. It's black with a big heart cutout, a mass of red confetti inside the cutout, contained by plastic film.

Vic's voice comes in a little muffled, as though he's wearing a mask.]

A very interesting piece of evidence has come to my attention. Something the police may be interested to see.

[A hand comes onscreen to open the card. Inside the words "VALENTINE'S DAY BY HARLEY QUINN" are written large in red crayon with heart shapes all around it. A few pages are stapled underneath. As the hand unfolds them, long, detailed plans in a flourishing whimsical type are outlined. Numerous plans for numerous crimes, finally culminating in breaking the Joker out of prison. They're accompanied by illustrative crayon doodles, sprinkled with one of a dead Batman here, a sad Robin there, and Joker and Harley faces surrounded by hearts at the bottom.]

I feel it speaks for itself.

[The video cuts off. He switches to voice.]

Ran into a bit of trouble, wasn't able to get more this time. Looks like they'll know me now.

I know it's probably a little too early to ask, but something's come up.
How's that project coming along?

I...might need a little help. If not from you, then maybe you'll know someone?

[ooc: Vic tried breaking into NOHoPE tonight. The guards caught him snooping in Harley's office, though, and he had to use the last of his binary gas to cover his exit. Unfortunately, this resulted in his mask being stuck to his face, soooo he'll be sticking to voice outside an encryption.]
