[ It's nighttime, and when the video feed clicks on, it's obviously outside... but fairly bright. There seems to be a good number of lanterns set up on the roof of the MAC, and this girl's face is easy enough to make out. ]
All right, I think I've gotten the gist of this place by now. A city in need of heroes, yadda yadda. [ There's an exaggerated sigh, and then she moves to the side, showing off the very obvious white wings on her back. ] And people are given... "powers..." when they show up. Which is why I'm stuck with these things.
[ At least they're not there because she's dead. Which was her... first thought, when she had arrived. ]
But... how are you supposed to know what to do with them? Do you get some sort of instructions on how to use whatever it was you were given?
These things- [ Almost as if responding to her, they begin to move, prompting a small "Ack!" on her part. ] -they practically move on their own!
Can't I make them do what I want them to do!?
They'll just get in the way if I were to get into a sword fight, like this.
