[ Still grinning, she shifts the communicator to show the inside of her MAC apartment. The entirety of what used to be the living room is now dominated by machine parts, probably by using every last cent she had available. With that view on the comm, she continues. ]
I'm looking for quite a few things, but right now, I'll settle for some shape-memory alloy, elastic nanotubes, electroactive polymers, piezo motors, about fifty square feet of single-crystal titanium, and any spare high-output computer equipment you might have lying around.

If anybody has any good recommendations for scientific journals, in the meantime? I'll take those too. I just came from 2003, so I'd like to read about what I've missed over the past few years.
